Harold Chase Anderson , 21 of Silver Creek, was arrested Wednesday after he was accused of stealing a vehicle from a home on Cave Spring Road at South Broad Street.
Reports stated that officers spotted Anderson driving the reportedly stolen and was subsequently pulled over. Reports added that the suspect borrowed the vehicle but failed to return it after numerous request of the owner.
Anderson is charged with felony theft by taking motor vehicle.
