Tabitha Nicole Downs, 25 of Rome, was arrested at the East Rome Wal-Mart on drug charges while waiting on a man, Dustin Dwayne Vinson, 24 of Cedartown, who was shoplifting.
Reports stated that Vinson was caught stealing a backpack and two DVS’s, The Dark Knight and the Three Stooges boxed set.
A search of the vehicle Downs was in uncovered methamphetamine and marijuana.
Downs is charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug related objects.
