Crystal Marie Morrison, 26 of Rome, was arrested on Sunday after she allegedly stole antique silverware set from an elderly woman at a location on North Broad Street.
Reports stated that the antique silverware set was valued at $2000.
Morrison is charged with felony theft by taking.
