Amberia Nicole Smith, 26 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday after she attacked her 38 year-old wife at a Plaza Place location.
Reports stated that Smith “made physical contact with her wife” in a provoking manner leaving “visible marks” after she fell into a television.
Smith is charged with battery and probation violation.
