Rome Man Found with Synthetic Marijuana at Housing Authority

Devon Lamar Harris, 29 of Rome, was arrested on East 13^th street after police said they found synthetic marijuana on him while on property owned by the Northwest Georgia Housing Authority.

Harris is charged with interference with child custody, possession of synthetic cannabis, possession of synthetic marijuana near a housing authority, a counterfeit substance and possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute.
