Johnny Edward Martin, 31 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after he was accused of choking a victim at his home on Pebble Bend Court last January 22nd.
Reports added that the incident occurred in the presence of an 8 year-old child.
Martin is charged with aggravated assault.
