Eric Ryan Millsap,24 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly went to a home on Turner Chapel Road and picked up a 15 year-old female without the permission of her parents.
Reports said that Millsap then took her to another location where he contributed to her delinquency.
Millsap is charged with interference with the custody of a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
