Rene M. Arceo-Orozco, 55 of Rome, was arrested at Mellow Mushroom on Broad Street Sunday after an altercation in which he attempted to start a fight with customers.
Reports stated that Areco-Orozo became disorderly at the restaurant and started to throw chairs off the patio in an attempt to get into a fight with customers.
Reports went to say that once at the jail he attacked a deputy “in an attempt to take him to the ground.”
Areco-Orozco is charged with disorderly conduct, misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement, and felony obstruction of law enforcement.
