John Wesley Spray­berry, 27 of Aragon, is facing numerous charges after he allegedly used a stolen debit card at local Wal-Marts, EZ Stop and the Southern Pride convenience store.

Spraberry was identified by community members this week after police released his photo asking for help.

Sprayberry was  in jail at the time he was identified on charges of willful obstruction of law enforcement, theft by receiving stolen property, stop sign violation and driving without insurance. He was arrested on those charges February 5th,

He was charged late this week with three counts of felony financial transaction card fraud.

Floyd County Police has asked the community in helping identity and locate a man that has been using a stolen debit card at local Walmarts, the EZ Stop and Southern Pride gas stations.
