Hunter Braden Venable, 19 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday after a warrant was taken for his arrest following him being accused of sending photographs of his genitals to a minor.
Reports state that Venable sent two photographs of his penis to a 15 year-old in November 2016,
Venable is charged with electronically furnishing obscene materials to minors.
