Joshua Mitchell Banks, 36 of Rome, was arrested on Monday after he was accused of shoving and kicking a 26 year-old woman back on January 9th.
Reports added that the attack occurred in the presence of an 11 and 15 year-old child.
The victim also had previously taken a protective order against him.
Banks is charged with aggravated stalking, simple battery and two counts of cruelty to children.
