Jimmy LeWayne Cagle, 49 of Lindale, was arrested over the weekend for thefts that have occurred over the past five years.
Reports stated hat Cagle took logging equipment from his employer over the past 5 years valued at over $5000. Reports added that equipment included logging chains, transportation equipment and tools.
Cagle is charged with theft by taking.
