Thomas Anthony Jones, 46 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome on Friday after he allegedly purposely slammed his 2005 GMC Sierra truck into 1998 Chevrolet driven by a 47 year-old man.
Reports stated that the assault occurred on Maple Avenue.
Jones is charged with felony aggravated assault and reckless driving.
