An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Christopher Paul Phillips, 30 of Cave Spring, is facing additional charges after he was found with drugs and tobacco in his cell this weekend.
Phillips, who was originally arrested back on January 13, was found with five pills and tobacco inside the insole of his shoes on Friday evening.
Phillips was charged with five felony counts of bringing drugs across the guard line, five counts of bringing tobacco across the guard line and misdemeanor having pills not in their original container.
