James Michael Pilcher, 56 of Adairsville, was arrested this week after he allegedly threatened to “slit the throat” of a 25 year-old Adairsville man.
Reports added that the crime occurred at a home on Shamrock Way.
Pilcher is charged with terroristic threats and acts along with disorderly conduct.
