Claude Thomas Kinnebrew Jr, 30 of Rome, was arrested on Wednesday after he illegally entered a home on Berkshire Drive and destroyed property of 67 year-old woman.
Reports stated that Kinnebrew broke a TV remote and punched a hole in the wall before threatening to burn the woman’s house down.
Kinnebrew is charged with criminal trespass, terroristic threats and acts and probation violation.
