Marcus Briones Garrett, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly forced a window to a home on Old Summerville Road open and proceeded to break a battery powered candle.
Reports added that Garrett also flipped over a couch and pulled down the window curtains in the home.
Garrett is charged with criminal trespass and simple assault.
