Roderick Dejuan Stocks, 38 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly physically hurt a female at his home on Nelm Street.
Reports added that when help arrived they held the victim down so that she could not answer the door
Stocks is charged with battery and false imprisonment.
