Christopher Anthony Minter, 24 of Cave Spring, was arrested early Tuesday after he was accused of hitting a 26 year-old woman in the face.
Reports stated that the attack occurred during a verbal argument just before 5am Tuesday morning.
Minter is charged with simple battery and probation violation.
