Daniel Mascote Reyes, 21 of Rome, after a domestic altercation began physical. Reports stated that Reyes pushed a female against an entertainment center. A short time later, reports added, Reyes pushed the same victim off of a bed resulting in her hitting a dresser.
The victim suffered multi bruises during the altercation.
It occurred in front of the victim’s five year-old son, who was watching in a nearby hallway.
Reyes is charged with battery and cruelty to children.
