A street vendor at the Rome Christmas parade ended up in jail this week after it was discovered that he was a fugitive from justice in South Carolina.  Reports stated that Justin Rae Williamson, of Trion, North Carolina, refused officers commands to get out of the road because of traffic and after a second warning the officer ran his information.

Reports stated that officers discovered that he fled South Carolina in an effort to avoid being jailed following a guilty verdict of an undisclosed crime.

Williamson is charged with being a fugitive from justice.
