Despite no new arrest being made, six people had to forfeit items dealing with the Floyd County Schools RICO case.

Judge Tami Colston ordered that Harry Bailey, whom was arrested earlier this year, pay $42,94.47 for restitution.  Bailey was owner of Rom Com, which worked supplying computer equipment to the school system.  He was arrested and charged with violating Georgia’s RICO Act and theft by taking government property.

Floyd County police investigators said some of the confiscated items will be auctioned to recoup lost funds.

Police also said earlier they expect more arrests to come from the ongoing investigation.
