Robert Joseph Burnham, 65 of Kingston, was arrested this week for burglarizing a car at a home on Parkwood Place back on November 19th.
Reports stated that Burnham stole two gold rings, containing diamonds, from a safe that was inside the victim’s vehicle. Reports added that Burnham them took the rings and pawned them at two separate locations.
The rings are valued at $4,800.
Burnham is charged with felony theft by taking.
