Barbara Rae Gass, 61 Silver Creek, was arrested on Tuesday after she drove to a home on Harmony Road in Silver Creek and proceeded to threaten to shoot a man. Reports stated that she then refused to leave the home while “acting in a violent manor toward several people on the property.”
Then she threatened to shoot a man at the corner of Wax and Harmony Roads while holding a loaded high point .45 gun
Reports continued that she was spotted driving a vehicle while having a suspended license and intoxicated
Gass is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on suspended license.
