Dustin Ray Proctor, of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome Christmas Day for being a fugitive from justice.
Reports stated hat Proctor was wanted in Cherokee County Alabama for a crime.
Proctor is charged with being a fugitive from justice and will be transported to Cherokee County to face charges there.
