Eduardo Ramos-Escobar, of Calhoun, has been charged with coercing minors to send nude photographs to him though Facebook.

Reports stated that Ramos-Escobar threatened to send previous photographs to their families if he did not get more.

Authorities said that at least seven females were victims of the scheme.

Facebook notified authorities when they provided the images to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children who then contacted investigators.

Ramos, a native of Guatemala, is facing a mandatory minimum of 15 years if convicted. Because of his risk to flee he was denied bond this week.
