Ashley Miranda Nails, 31 of Silver Creek, was arrested on Tuesday after she was accused of taking two cordless Milwaukee drills and a circular skill saw from a home on Ellis Road back on July 7th of this year.
Police said that Nails then took the items to Cash America Pawn Shop on Shorter Avenue and sold them.
Reports stated that the total amount of the items came to $230.
Nails is also accused of not showing up her court appearance in August.
She was scheduled to be in court August 29, 2016 to answer for charges of following too close, not having insurance, driving without valid registration, and driving on a suspended license.
Nails is charged with theft by deception and four counts of failure to appear.
