Robert Allan Croy, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after police found drugs on him while at Shannon Park.
Police stated that while questioning Crow he began to walk off while searching for something in his pocket. Croy also allegedly gave a false name and date of birth to police
Reports stated that Croy was found with methamphetamine, and Schedule IV drugs.
Croy is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, giving a false name and date of birth to police, obstruction of law enforcement and possession drugs near a park.
