Demetrius Deon Allen, 25 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday at the corner of Dwinell and Smith Streets for allegedly selling stolen prescription medication.
Reports stated that Allen stole his father’s prescription pills and then proceeded to sell them.
Allen is charged with theft by taking and distribution of drugs.
