Michelle Huskins, 43, and Daniel Fore, 37, both of Rome, were arrested this week for stealing close to $2,000 worth of furniture from a home they moved out of on Harmony Road in Silver Creek.
Reports stated that the theft occurred in mid-October.
Police stated that the furniture belonged to the woman who owned the home in which they had been living with.
Both are charged with theft by taking.
Huskins is also charged with parole violation, while Fore is charged with a probation violation.
