Eugene Alan Taylor, 36 of Rydal, was arrested Thursday after he went to a home on Old Dalton Road and caused damage to a man’s manicured lawn.

Reports added he then went to two other homes, one on Blls Ferry Road and another on Old Dalton Road, and proceeded to allegedly break into the victim’s Toyota Tundra and steal uniforms and tools.

Authorities also stated that he received property that he knew or should have known was stolen from a home.  The list included a license plate, combo screw driver, claw hammer a DC/AC adapter and a chainsaw wrench.

Taylor is charged with three counts of criminal trespass, entering an auto, prowling and theft by receiving stolen property.

Reports stated that the crime occurred back in May and June of 2013.
