John Steven Atcheson, 48 of Jasper, was arrested at Floyd Medical Center on Monday after reports said he appeared in an intoxicated condition and proceeded to use vulgar, profane and loud language toward others.
Reports added that when he was asked to calm down he then used “abusive words intended to incite and immediate breach of peace.”
Atcheson is charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
