Carie Lynn Melton, 40 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week at a home on Ramblewood Drive while in the process of burglarizing it.
Reports stated that Melton was found on the victim’s property without permission and was in possession of items from the home. Officers also were able to locate an area on the home where forced entry was made.
Melton is charged with first degree burglary.
