Rejino Carrillo Marroquin, 62 of Rome, was arrested Wednesday after police said he made a false report of his car being stolen.
Reports stated that Marroquin told police that his vehicle had been stolen and went so far as to name a suspect.
Marroquin is charged with making a false report of a crime.
