Antoine Smith, 20 of Rome was arrested on Thursday at the West Rome Wal-Mart after he found in possession of numerous drugs with the intent to distribute.
Reports stated that police found over an ounce of THC, Diazepam , marijuana and drug related objects.
Smith also had $6,050 in cash
He is charged with DUI, driving too fast for conditions, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drugs with the intent to distribute and possession of drug related objects.
