Barry Ian Howle, 32, of Rome, found himself behind bars over the weekend after police said he was found driving a stolen Suzuki 400 motorcycle at the intersection of Ga 53 and Veterans Memorial Highway.
Howle was arrested and charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property and misdemeanors driving without a license and failing to have proof of insurance.
