Billy Joe Dooley, 50 of Rome, was arrested at the Days Inn on Turner McCall Blvd Tuesday after he allegedly followed a 30 year-old woman and placed her under surveillance for the purpose of harassing and intimidating her.
Reports added that Dooley continuously contacted the victim though telephone calls and text messages.
Dooley is charged with stalking and harassing communications.
