Keir Shmar Johnson, 28 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome this week after she was spotted driving without headlights at the intersection of Booger Hollow Road and Highway 27.
Reports stated that when officers pulled Johnson over they discovered that she was wanted for bank fraud.
Police stated that Johnson used anther’s person check to pay for rent knowing that the check would never be honored.
The check was valued at $350.
Johnson is charged with deposit account fraud and headlight regulations.
