Eddie Lyvon McCluskey, 24 of Silver Creek, laws arrested Friday after reports said he left a four month old child locked in a home alone for a period of time. Reports stated that when officers arrived at the home the child was located in a car seat.
Police said that McCluksey told them that he left the child and walked a half mile down the road. Police said that they were with child for about 10 minutes before he returned.
McCluksey is charged with reckless abandonment of a child under one years of age and cruelty to children.
