Kayla Mae Kinney, 25 of Rome, was arrested last weekend after being accused of robbing a person of $100 at the Cottis Inn on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports stated that Kinney grabbed the money out of the victim’s hand without their permission.
Police said that when they began to place Kinney under arrest she tried to kick and pull away from them.
She is charged with robbery by sudden snatching and two counts of obstruction of law enforcement officers.
