Rosland Nicole Blount, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly endangered the lives of two children in a vehicle.
Reports stated that Blount was speeding around the Kroger parking lot when she ignored officer’s commands to stop. Police stated that the two children were “screaming in the back seat”
Blount is charged with two counts of felony cruelty to children in the first degree , reckless conduct, reckless driving, fleeing police and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.
