David Harold Chaffin Jr, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week for spying on a woman in the bathroom.
Reports stated that Chaffin used a cellular telephone to record a 19 year-old victim in the shower of a bathroom at Butternut Lane by placing the phone in an air vent.
Chaffin is charged with unlawful eavesdropping and surveillance.
