Frank James Donaldson, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week for allegedly stealing a lunch bag and its content, which was valued at $240.
Reports indicated that the alleged theft occurred at Neaton of Rome on Technology Parkway back in August.
Donaldson is charged with theft by taking.
