Marquez Javon Ware, 28 of Rome, was arrested Sunday after he allegedly physically attacked a woman.
Reports stated that Ware hit the victim in the face and then pulled a lanyard from her hand, which caused lacerations. The alleged incident occurred back on June 14th of this year.
Ware is charged with battery and probation violation.
