Calhoun police have arrested Jacorey Norwood, 25 of Calhoun, and charged him with kidnapping and two counts of rape.
Reports stated that the victim notified police Sunday that she had been forcibly taken into a home where she was sexually assaulted.
Authorities said that they went to the scene where gathered obtained evidence linking Norwood to the crime.
Norwood is also charged with entering an auto, terroristic threats, and four counts of simple battery.
