Timothy Joshua Dockery, 36, of Chatsworth, was arrested in Rome during a traffic stop on U.S. 27 near Food Lion on felony drug charges.
Reports stated that Dockery was pulled over for failing to maintain his lane. Officers stated that while conducting the traffic stop they noticed Dockery was under the influence of drugs.
A search of Dockery uncovered numerous non prescribed prescription medications.
He was arrested and charged with felony possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor driving under the influence, cracked or busted windshield, failure to maintain lane, and faulty tires.
