Mary Christine Lee, 50 of Rome, was arrested at her College Park Road home over the weekend after an alleged drunken tirade in front of a child.
Reports stated that Lee was intoxicated in the front yard of her home while cursing loudly. Reports added that a victim reported Lee began cursing at her and made comments in a threatening way in which she felt as if she was going to be injured.
Lee then allegedly grabbed something from her dresser, threw it at the victim, resulting in a cut to her head.
The altercation occurred in front of a child under the age of one.
Lee is charged with cruelty to children, disorderly conduct, two counts of simple battery, and public drunks.
