A Rome man and woman were arrested over the weekend at a home on Spouts Springs Road. Reports stated that deputies were serving warrants on Christopher Daniel McMillian, 30 of Rome,  for a chase that had previously occurred with the Georgia State Patrol.  Reports stated that Santana Larae Fincher, 29 of Rome, lied to deputies about McMillan being in the home and was also arrested.

McMillan was found hiding in a closet, which resulted in two additional charges of obstruction.

Fincher was also charged with two counts of obstruction and the sale, distribution and possession of dangerous drugs.

McMillan was wanted for sale, distribution and possession of dangerous drugs,  obstruction of law enforcement, no tag light, knowingly driving on a suspended registration, driving on suspended license, knowing without insurance, drugs not in original container, failure to maintain lane, seat belt violation, possession of drug related objects,  no safety belts for children and a probation violation.

He was also charged with another count of the sale, distribution and possession of dangerous drugs.
