Jaquline Elaine Gregory, 34 of Kingston, was arrested by Floyd County police Tuesday on numerous charges including burglary and cruelty to children.
Reports said that Gregory burglarized a home being built at 4519 Kingston Highway. They added that she allegedly stole an air compressor, chop saw, a 100 ft. extension cord, a 250 ft. air hose, and several boxes of aluminum coil.
While being arrested police found a glass smoking device that contained suspected methamphetamine on a dresser less than three feet away from a 3 year-old child. Police added that a 9 and 10 year-old child was also in the home.
She is charged with burglary, possession of meth, possession of drug related objects and cruelty to children.
