Jordan Lee Mills, 20, of Silver Creek, turned himself into the Floyd County Jail this week after warrants were taken out for him stating that he placed his mother in a choke hold.
Reports indicated that back on May 23rd Mills physically assaulted his mother by placing her in a choke hold.
He is charged with felony aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act.
